New Zealand Blood and Organ Service (NZBS) is dedicated to saving lives. Every year, tens of thousands of generous people donate their time, blood and plasma to us for free. Through the generosity of our donors, we are able to help save lives through our blood, blood products and other services. **About the role**
In this role, you will create engaging and meaningful learning experiences that support our people to operate competently and confidently in a regulated and quality-focused environment. Based in the QRA directorate, you will work in a dynamic, team-based environment, building strong partnerships across the business to help us drive performance. You will work collaboratively with the NZBS learning community along with learning and development colleagues from other departments. Through this work at the end of every day, you know that you've contributed in some way to making a difference in someone's life.
**About you**
You also have experience:
- designing learning to develop workforce capabilities
- supporting change with people development initiatives
- developing blended and digital solutions to meet workplace needs using a range of tools
- designing for or using a learning management system
- implementing assessment tools to verify competency
- adapting and managing changing requirements
- Strong written and visual communication skills are essential, with a high attention to detail and a quality focus to your work.
**What we offer**
- Flexible location based at one of our Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington or Christchurch NZBS sites

- We offer a competitive starting salary, flexibility including WFH, as well as 4 weeks and 2 days (4.4 weeks) annual leave per annum, moving to 5 weeks after 5 years' service.
- Long service is also offered - 2 weeks leave after 10 years' service and a one weeks' leave following any subsequent period of 5 years' service.
