Here at Waipā District Council we have a clear vision - to be the 'Waipā Home of Champions - Building Connected Communities'. To do this we need our decision-making to be informed and effective, so we are looking to fill our position of Organisational Performance Analyst to play a pivotal role in preparing, analysing, monitoring and communicating key organisational performance information to internal and external stakeholders.

This role will co-ordinate, enable and support an organisation-wide approach to performance analysis to provide valuable insights to support effective decision-making and drive towards Organisational Excellence. This role will also be responsible for the co-ordination and continuous improvement of Council's Performance Monitoring Framework as well as championing and supporting best practice performance measurement and monitoring across the organisation.

We are looking for an individual with at least 3 years' of experience in performance analysis or other related analyst experience. You will have knowledge of and practical experience working with business performance monitoring and reporting systems.

Expectations will be high but you'll work as part of a dynamic and high performing Organisational Excellence team that are committed to making a difference and having fun along the way.
