**About the Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic **Kitchen Hand** to join our vibrant team. This role is varied, and hours of work will mainly be during business hours but may include weekends and evenings.
This is a hands-on role supporting the Head Chef executing a high level of food production. On a day-to-day basis, you will work with the Head Chef on food preparation, washing dishes and general cleaning of the kitchen and catering area.
In addition, you will demonstrate:

- Knowledge of food hygiene and service
- Attention to detail and keep well organised and tidy within your workspace
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Calmness under pressure
- Willingness to take direction and guidance from managers and other senior staff
- Exceptional personal grooming
