**Your Skills and Experience**:
Having at least 2 years previous experience in supervising a team of 5-10, in a boutique retail or service environment, is preferred. You will also need to have a strong sense of commercial awareness, great attention to detail and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
