We’re L’affare. The coffee business. Ever since 1990. We were born out of a love for espresso, in Wellington at our café and HQ. 30 years later, we’re still there on College Street. At five years young, our flagship Auckland Cafe and HQ in Newmarket is humming along, the house of our Auckland based crew.

- You’ll support the running of all facets of a workshop from diagnosing and repairing domestic machine faults to training and mentoring your team members.

- We are importers of some great Espresso brands including Rocket, Wega and Mazzer.

**About you**:
You’ll be a natural problem solver who enjoys working in challenging and rewarding environments. You’ll have strong communication skills as you lead your team to deliver successful outcomes and provide support workshop wide. You are someone who thrives on accuracy and detail and understands timeliness when it comes to completion. You’ll ideally come from the coffee industry and have had a similar role before. A EAS license and full-clean drivers license are a must.

This is a full-time Monday to Friday based in our Wellington L’affare workshop. As with any technical role you will also be out on the road supporting our customers with breakdowns and repairs and be on an on-call cycle also.
