**What will you do?**
- Work with exceptional Espresso brands like Rocket, Wega, and Mazzer
- Diagnose and repair domestic machine faults
- Provide training and mentorship to team members
- Support the smooth functioning of the workshop
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous upskilling
- Enhance technical proficiency in a collaborative and engaging work environment

**Who we are looking for?**

To thrive in this role, you’ll be a natural problem solver and a strong communicator as you lead your team to achieve successful outcomes and provide support across the workshop. Attention to detail and timeliness are just as important. An EAS license and a full, clean driver's license is a requirement, and experience in the coffee industry is preferred. If you don’t come from the coffee industry, we’d still like to hear from you and how your transferrable skills set you up for success.

This full-time position is based in our Wellington L'affare workshop, with occasional on-site support for customer breakdowns and repairs. We have unlimited coffee, recharge leave, and learning opportunities on offer.
