Contract opportunity for a Senior Service Designer, paying up to $105 p/hr through to the end of June

Rate: Up to **$105** p/hr

Location: New Zealand

Organisation: Government Agency

Looking for an agile, flexible, resourceful person who can deal with complex environments and deliver under pressure. You will be joining a team in a fast-paced environment and will need to be pragmatic and able to advocate for the value of a human-centred approach.
- Extensive experience in a Service Design role, ideally within a large organisation
- An excellent understanding of the fundamentals of Service Design and how the discipline is used to create business and customer value
- Knowledge of appropriate human-centred tools and techniques to elicit understanding, communicate progress, create, and validate solutions (e.g. Design Thinking, service blueprints, journey, and process mapping)
- Strong communication skills with the confidence and ability to present and defend decisions in a manner appropriate to the needs of the audience
