BNZ's Information and Cyber Security team is a high performing team who are focused on protecting BNZ's information, customers and employees. We are looking for a **Product Manager** to join our tight knit Identity & Access Management team and be responsible for leading the Core Banking strategy as it relates to Mainframe security. This opportunity is a critical capability under the Bank's information security framework to ensure that risks relating to Mainframe are managed.

This role can be based in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or working from home /remotely from other NZ locations.

**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

You will be responsible for providing principal security technology-based consulting services incorporating the development and design of security strategy and implementation of technological solutions required to deliver key business functions in a secure and efficient manner. We sat down with one of our Identity and Access Manager (who you'd report to) and they let us know the following about the role:
**What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role **will complete?**
- Developing and evolving Mainframe capability at BNZ.
- Leading identity uplift strategy and security initiatives.
- Driving the security relationship with NAB Mainframe Services to establish the capability at BNZ to manage and administer Mainframe Identities.
- Coaching and mentoring a team of mainframe identity specialist and consultants, as well as engaging with teams across BNZ to uplift BNZ's Mainframe Security posture
- Managing audit engagements.
- Working in parallel with National Australia Bank (NAB) and **leading** the transfer of the function to BNZ.
- Working alongside NAB to** lead the delivery** of the Identity Security uplift.
