**About this role**:
As our Coordinator - School Services you will provide co-ordination, administrative and functional support for the Te Waenga Takiwā School Services Team, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of School Services programmes.

As a Coordinator - School Services, you will:

- Provide quality administration support and technical assistance.
- Coordinate requests, ordering and distribution of Kaiako materials/resources for courses
- Maintain tauira assessment and attendance tracking
- and monitor documentation, files and recordable actions to meet moderation, audit and policy compliance

**About you**:
We are looking for someone who has the following:

- Certificate in Administration, Business and/or Computing (Level 4)
- 2+ years’ administration experience including:

- proven track record in providing support to large functional teams
- proven ability to work effectively within a culturally diverse environment
- demonstrated ability to relate directly to people at all levels
- experience in the field of education
- Experience working with youth (ie. 12 to 19 year olds)
- Full clean New Zealand Drivers Licence
- A clean Police Check and Safety Check is required at all times for this Core Worker role

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
