- Oversee day-to-day operations of the burger shop, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role, mandatory in the food service industry. ( 3 years only is NZ)
- Relevant qualification in business is mandatory
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
