**Position Available**: Retail Floor Worker**:
**Number of Positions Available**: 2
**Location**: Wairoa District, Hawke's Bay Region
**Payrate**: $25 - $30 per hour
**Minimum Hours of Work Per Week**: 30
**Maximum Hours of Work Per Week**: 40

**Key Requirements**:

- At least 3 months of experience. **OR**Level 1 qualification.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product information

- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the retail floor and displays

- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle EFTPOS/cash transactions accurately

- Restock shelves, check expiry dates, and rotate stock as needed

- Assist with inventory checks and unpacking deliveries

- Handle minor customer complaints and escalate when necessary

- Follow store safety, hygiene, and security procedures

- Support other team members to ensure smooth daily store operations
