We are looking for an optimistic, motivated, and organised person to join our Tauriko Fleet Team at 39 Paerangi Road, Tauriko. We work hard as a team, where building great relationships and having fun on the way is all part of the role. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you are critical in engaging with our contracted workforce in the processing/delivery of our customer's mail and parcels in a timely and efficient way.
Here you'll experience a job with real variety;
- Interact daily with your team across multiple sites
- Organise and move freight around as needed
- Monitor and improve productivity
- Assist with customer queries
- Be involved with the team in decision making, outlining challenges and finding solutions
- Undertake multiple administration tasks

- Proven ability to build and maintain great relationships
- A minimum clean restricted NZ Driver's License
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Strong administrative and organisation skills
- Proven ability to work under-pressure, can make solid decisions without direction or resources
- Enjoy responsibility, strong problem solver, back yourself and not afraid to have tough conversations
- Ambition to rise to a challenge, welcome and embrace change and can work with ambiguity
