**In this role, you will be responsible for the duties**:

- Support the achievement of high levels of client satisfaction through effective administrative support of client executives.
- Assist senior client executives with the development, implementation and management of risk management and domestic and international insurance programs which accurately address client needs.
- Assist senior client executives with the development and maintenance of effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers through regular meetings and liaison.
- Ensure that accurate up to date records on all clients are maintained at all times.
- Develop a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance which the Company offers to its clients.
- Sole servicing of small client accounts under supervision of senior members of the team.
- Adhere strictly to the Company’s quality practices and other systems and procedures.
- Comply fully with the Company's errors and omissions avoidance policy.
- Other duties as may be required from time to time.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Knowledge and experience in insurance will be highly regarded.
- Ability to build working relationships at all levels including internal and external stakeholders.
- Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage changing priorities.
- Attention to detail, time management and organisation skills essential.
- The skill to complete administrative tasks quickly and accurately.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Qualifications**
- New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) - General Insurance Strand or studying toward.
