We are the foodservice provider you can trust. And now, we are looking for a **Checkout Operator **to help us deliver excellent service and demonstrate to our clients - that we have what they need

**MUST HAVE DUTY MANAGERS CERTIFICATE OR BEING WILLING TO GET ONE**

**Available** **R**oste**r**:
**Hours Sunday (10 - 4.15pm) and Monday to Thursday (10am to 5.15pm)**

Additional days, times to be discussed

**Key accountabilities of the role include**:

- Providing top quality service to our valued customers
- Handling of customer queries, Answering in-bound calls
- Processing customer orders with excellent customer service
- Cash handling, opening, and/or closing shifts
- Effective communication skills both oral and written
- Must be fluent in written and verbal English.
- SAP experience would be an advantage

**What are we looking for;**
- Duty Manager License
- Applicants must have no pre-existing medical conditions that might impact ability to perform the duties), able to work a rostered weekend.
- Previous customer service and FMCG experience
- A team player who can work autonomously
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to help others and think customer in everything they do.
- Have excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- A work ethic which is second to none.
- You will also have the ability to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks and easily pick up or learn new systems or processes
- Be flexible to work extra/ shift roster days when required.
- Cash handling experience and basic math's skills.
- Have excellent references around working independently without supervision.
- Must have their own transport.
- Have extremely good attendance records and be able to provide multiple references of good attendance in previous work.
- Previous Supervisor experience would be an advantage
