**About the Role**:
At Summerset, we place high value on providing an exceptional dining experience for our residents and visitors. To provide this we have implemented a new food strategy, to enhance the overall dining experience for our residents and visitors. Therefore, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant who has a genuine interest in providing quality services. **This is a PART TIME working a minimum of 48 hour per fortnight** on 4 on 4 off rotating roster.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Following the requirements of the Food Control Plan to ensure that all elements are completed as documented
- Cleaning of all kitchen surfaces including washing dishes and removing rubbish from the kitchen
- Working with the chef to unload and put away stock
- Supporting the chef with food preparation

You will be outgoing, friendly and have a can-do attitude accompanied by great communication skills. To be successful you will bring:

- Top class customer service to ensure a great experience to our residents and their guests
- The ability to provide high quality and timely support for the Chef
