What will your day look like
ANZ Business is all about supporting our customers to start, buy, and sustainably grow their business, and this opportunity plays an integral part in supporting the continued growth of our Business Specialists.
This 12-month Secondment comes at an exciting time, where we are building new critical curriculum areas to support our Learning and strategic workforce plans.
**In this role, you would have the opportunity to**:
Use your strengths in learning design and development to support build our critical curriculum areas (including Behavioural and technical) with Subject Matter Experts, external experts, vendors and leaders.
Lead design, development and delivery of effective learning solutions including embedding learning to ensure success measures are achieved.
Use your strong consulting skills to understand workforce and stakeholder needs and work in partnership to develop, deliver and measure the success of your developed solutions.
Manage a broad curriculum from Induction, Business Acumen, Sustainability, Customer Relationships skills through to supporting development of technical credit learning.
Work with a team and NZ and global community of Capability and Communication professionals to succeed in the delivery of our strategic priorities.
**Role Location**: Wellington or Auckland
**Role Type**: 12 month Secondment
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
8+ years’ experience in Learning design, development and delivery
Strong demonstrated skills of capability analysis, methodology & channels, design, delivery and evaluation.
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including facilitation skills
Ability to influence and manage a wide range of stakeholders
Skilled and effective project manager of capability initiatives and change agent demonstrating business acumen
Strong results orientation in delivery and execution
A clear growth mind-set, with demonstrated ability to work flexibly and effectively as part of a team
