ABOUT THE ROLE
The Creative Director (CD) is a conceptual and executional expert in idea generation, creative thinking, communications and marketing and provides project level leadership to the Creative department, the Client relationships teams, and our clients. They will also be responsible for helping build and maintain an exceptional creative product to bolster our growing offering. The CD will be responsible for the overall quality of all Creative projects created alongside the Executive Creative Director.
They will have the ability to drive complete projects without supervision but will also contribute to campaigns at various stages and add value in whatever channel necessary. This applies from initial concept and idea stages, through to help and advice in the production, craft, and development of ideas.
They will work very closely with the ECD, Strategists, Client Partners, and Design Director to help bring the work up to a world-class standard. The Creative Director drives, inspires & leads teams to deliver highly effective creative solutions. Their role is at times client-facing, and they must have the experience and vision to help win new clients as well as deepen relationships on existing accounts. The Creative Director coordinates the execution of campaign assignments, provides mentoring, and approves the work of the creative teams. They should possess excellent craft skills, good leadership skills and an ability to be a persuasive presenter.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will lead, manage and inspire other creative teams with experience

and knowledge across all creative channels (with deep specialisation in retail, shopper and the activation space) with the clear focus of making the work better.
- You will share responsibility for the creative output of the agency with your fellow Creative leaders and the Executive Creative Director. This will be judged by effectiveness, client satisfaction, and respect from our peers.
- You will be expected to build relationships with the agency's clients, by making yourself available to clients, by demonstrating a deep strategic understanding of your client's business issues and above all, by delivering effective creative work.
- You will help develop great creative talent and take responsibility for delivering creative work that is on-brief, on-time and on-budget.
- You will be required to develop deep and enduring relationships with your clients, Creative Teams, agency Business Management and planners.

ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
- Proven ability to juggle and lead multiple jobs whilst maintaining good attention to detail.
- The ability to present strategic thinking and creative work persuasively and compellingly to our clients.
- To be able to delegate, give clear feedback, direction, and steer projects.
- Be well organised, self-starting and able to prioritise work effectively.
- Quality control: you will be required to oversee and lead your junior teams in the production process, taking responsibility for the final standard and meeting of deadlines.
- A natural collaborator and people person; participating fully as an integral member of the team, working co-operatively and collaboratively with the team and wider agency.
- Demonstrates high level of commitment and support to all members of the team and inspire them to push the work.
- Be able to translate and develop strategic thinking into fresh and effective concepts.
- A strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite Software.
