**Learn to Swim Lead | Moana-Nui-a-Kiwa Pool and Leisure Centre**

As the Lead Learn to Swim, you’ll be playing a key part in ensuring a great customer experience for our customers when participating in our Learn to Swim programme and ensure the development and delivery of programmes and services are maintained at an exceptional standard.

In this position, you’ll be conducting pool deck supervision, assisting with the inducting, training, and development of team members, and assisting the Team Leader Learn to Swim with rostering and lesson delivery.

You’ll also support the day-to-day operational running of the Learn to Swim programme and provide great customer service and problem resolution for our customers.

You’ll have a passion for motivating both your team members and our customers to enjoy and gain confidence in swimming. You’ll be committed to making the experience of working in and visiting our pools a great one for everyone involved.
