We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated professional Operations and Marketing Administrator / Assistant to join our growing team at Good Group Hospitality. We are an expanding hospitality business with multiple venues across Auckland, and Queenstown at the top end of the market. We are looking for someone who has an unparalleled work ethic, is a multitasker and team player, someone who is capable of taking a methodical and process driven approach across the operations of the business, and who has high attention to detail with the ability to cross the T’s and the dot i’s.
Role dimensions / tasks include:

- Supporting Group Manager’s requirements with administration of various projects
- Communication between venue management, clients, suppliers
- Coordinating marketing and promotions through all approved channels
- Maintenance of client databases and guest lists
- Assisting with major events
- Coordinating supplier agreements
- Briefing in all creative for marketing and promotions to designer
- Overseeing Social Media platforms activations and other online assets
- Coordinating the process and implementation of marketing and promotions
- Liaising with media to maximise PR opportunities across the group
- Sponsorship and leverage of key suppliers
- Research and development of commercial projects
- The agility to move across the different disciplines that fall across operations and marketing.
- The ability to prioritise and be proactive to meet deadlines
- 3-5 years Marketing//PA//EA//Operations experience
- Experience//understanding // passion for hospitality industry
- A passion for delivering to high standards, on time, in full, every time.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Understanding of social media incl. Facebook, Instagram,
- Superior time management and attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Enthusiastic, confident and collaborative attitude
- Full rights to work in NZ (essential)
