**Responsibilities**:

- Project manage, coordinate the design, installation, and repair of networks with partners or contractors
- Day to day engangement with partners/contractors on network changes and operations
- Solution support for product and enterprise-grade requirements
- Create and maintain network design documents in a customer-friendly and easily readable format
- Tier 3 network and services support
- Capacity management and upgrade program management for national/international network
- Development and use of Network Management tools
- After-office hour support for mission critical tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Good understanding (preferably with implementation experience) of network technologies such as: BGP, MPLS, BNG, VPLS, EVPN, QoS, AAA
- Good understanding (preferably with implementation experience) of SNMP, DNS, Radius, TACACS and DHCP
- Ability to analyze complex problems under pressure, perform escalation to relevant departments or business partners when needed
- 5+ years’ experience within a Telco/ISP environment
- Solid understanding of OSI layer 2-7 with strong troubleshooting experience in layer 2-4
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom/Computer Engineering/Information Technology
