**The role**:
Based in the Palmerston North area you will be responsible for;
- Service, maintenance, minor works installation and commissioning of alarms, access control, CCTV, and associated systems.
- Ensuring customers receive the best service possible
- Working autonomously across the wider region but also as a team when work requires it

**To be successful**:
You will need proven technical skills and experience in the electronic security industry, working with alarm systems, access control, CCTV, and associated systems. You will be committed to provided high levels of customer service. You will also need to be organised and able to work autonomously and plan your own workload.

**You will need the following**:

- Be a proactive member of the team
- Maintain up to date knowledge and awareness of NZ Regulatory Industry Standards
- Hold a current Drivers License
- The availability to participate in an on-call roster

It would be highly preferred if you also had Certification with Gallagher, Protégé, Concept, Integriti or Tecom Access Control and Intruder Systems, as well as experience with Genetec, Milestone and Axis CCTV systems
