**About the role**

**Triode Group is on the lookout for Production Team Leaders to join our manufacturing operations based on the North Shore in Wairau Valley, Auckland.**

**This position is responsible for the quality and productivity of all production employees staffed on designated lines, as well as departmental safety. Additionally, the Team Leader position is accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner and within all quality procedures and for participation in performance management processes.**

**We have both morning and afternoon shift roles available.**

**Main Tasks**
- **Assist in running an efficient production line which can fulfil operational and customer demand and meet set targets**
- **Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for assembly line activities.**:

- **Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.**:

- **Give instructions to workers, e.g., about work specifications, equipment operation.**:

- **Monitor and control materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or faults.**:

- **Monitor assembly line workers' performance.**:

- **Control quality and quantity of production.**:

- **Evaluate current production estimates and outputs.**:

- **Participate in the work activities of assembly line workers.**:

- **Conduct or arrange training in job-related skills for workers.**
- **Review ways to reduce waste.**
- **Assist in planning future capacity requirements.**
- **Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.**
- **Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations**

- **Good oral and written communication skills**

**Experience**
- **Minimum of one year leading a team**:

- **Two years of Electronic Manufacturing experience preferred**:

- **Basic knowledge of electronics theory and practice**:

- **Up-to-date knowledge of electronics manufacturing practices and standards**:

- **Proficient understanding of IPC-A-610 standards.**:

- **The ability to use and maintain electronic equipment**:

- **Good technical and fault-finding skills**:

- **Computer skills for using manufacturing files, ERP, Microsoft 365 suite.**:

- **Problem-solving skills**:

- **Capable of using power and hand tools.**
