The Role
You’ll have responsibility for our support contracts, ensuring we are meeting our obligations and exceeding expectations where possible. You’ll build strong relationships with our customers and will seek out any further business opportunities there.
This is a challenging and rewarding role to grow your existing analysis, design, communication and leadership abilities. You’ll be comfortable in front of clients as you’ll be leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions and articulating a variety of business platform concepts.

**About you**:
You’re familiar with Agile principals and service delivery methodologies to ensure best practice is adhered to at all times. You may also have experience with presales and shaping projects. You enjoy being hands on where you can to support your team with consulting activities.
