Based at their National Headquarters in Palmerston North, Toyota New Zealand currently have a vacancy for a Direct Parts Sales and Support person within their Parts Sales department. Reporting directly to the Associate Manager - Parts & Accessory Sales, this full-time role will see you primarily responsible for quoting parts and accessories to repairers and insurance companies across the country via the PartsTrader website along with offering sales support as needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Online parts and accessory quoting for Toyota, Lexus and Daihatsu vehicles as inquired about via PartsTrader- Providing quotes for stores, repairers and insurance agencies- Sourcing parts from Japan or other markets and communicating the estimated time of arrival- Responding and resolving queries from repairers and insurance companies as they arise- Quoting estimated freight costs- Updating customer information in Toyota New Zealand systemsWe pride ourselves on our people so to be successful in the role you will need:
