Mövenpick Hotel is on the lookout for passionate and motivated customer service superstars to join our team as Food & Beverage Attendant.

Located in the heart of the CBD, this 207-room premium hotel offers an exceptional location, an exciting F&B concept and meeting facilities. The hotel will showcase the best of Aotearoa’ s Culture through our modern
- restaurant, conference rooms, cafe and bar. Inspired by the concepts of sustainability and indulgence, hallmarks of this iconic hotel brand.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Offering an exceptional level of customer service in an outstanding environment
- Providing food and beverage recommendations and explanation of our menu to guests and finding solutions to any of their dietary requirements
- Upselling and cross selling menu items
- Liaising with kitchen team to ensure efficient delivery of orders
- Being involved in the set up and delivery of events and conferences on site
- Creating an experience that goes above and beyond the expectations of our guests

**Skills and experience**
- A warm and friendly personality
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and personal presentation
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not essential
- Barista experience preferred but not essential
- The legal right to work in NZ for a minimum of 12 months
- Flexibility of availability
- must be available to work over a 7 day roster and variety of shifts
