We are looking for Food and Beverage Attendants to play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. **What you will be doing** - Setting up, serving, and clearing tables, as well as assisting with other food and beverage service-related tasks. - Explaining the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences - Maximising sales opportunities with recommendations and suggestions - Communicating with other departments to ensure the highest level of guest service is maintained - Maintaining clean and safe work spaces and guest areas and ensuring food safety requirements are followed **What we are looking for** - Great communication skills & presentation and confidence to engage with guests - Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team - Experience in food and beverage is preferable, but a passion for providing great guest service is what will really make you stand out **Qualifications** REAL PLACE, REAL PEOPLE** Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have: - Must have PASSION for quality, presentation and delivering outstanding customer service - Have experience in a food & beverage service role, preferably in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment. - Have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team. - The right to work in New Zealand - Flexibility of availability - able to work across a 7 day week shift pattern, including late nights/ early hours of the morning. **Additional Information** THE PERKS** Pullman Auckland isn't just about developing your career; it's also about helping you enjoy it too.
