**Job Description** Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences? Movenpick Wellington is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have a delightful dining experience.**

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Ensure tables are clean and set up according to the standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a positive and proactive approach.
- Collaborate with team members to provide efficient and seamless service.
- Process payments and manage cash accurately.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to legally work in New Zealand.
