Content Designer

You will be driven, curious, humble, pragmatic, and excited about solving challenging content problems. You’ll be passionate about understanding users and their needs, and using your UX writing craft and skills to create innovative digital experiences that people love.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Auditing existing self-service experiences and identifying content improvement opportunities meet user needs.
- Creating simple, elegant solutions to complex content and information architecture problems.
- Using your technical writing skills and user experience principles to craft compelling UX copy that helps users complete tasks with confidence.
- Driving content experiences that reduce user friction and moves metrics that matter.
- Bringing Designers, Product Owners and Engineers together to craft the best content experiences for users.
- Using UX methodologies to identify critical insights and crafting these into actionable recommendations through reports, journey maps and content prototypes.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 3+ years experience in Content Design, Content Strategy, SEO, Information Architecture or UX writing experience across a broad range of customer-facing experiences.
- End-to-end experience in delivering complex digital product and service experiences for a wide variety of industry sectors.
- A proven track record of solving complex content problems across marketing communications, customer help platforms (FAQs), and digital products including mobile apps and software.
- An excellent content design portfolio that demonstrates your strong command of brand voice, consistency and style.
- An expert at moving between big picture strategy and the intimate details of technical and design implementation.
- An ability to navigate ambiguity and work pragmatically to deliver high quality outcomes within fixed budgets and timelines.
- A self starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence the right outcomes.
- Experience working in a design agency, consulting or professional services environment is preferred.
