The Radiology Department at North Shore Hospital is seeking an Outpatient Scheduler to join their small, friendly Clerical Team. This is a busy, fast paced role, managing our outpatient waitlist to ensure that our patients receive the best possible outcome.

You will need excellent problem solving skills and be able to relate well with clinicians from the Waitematā community, and most importantly - our patients.

**_Please note, this is a shared role working rostered shifts Monday to Friday with shift times that will alternate weekly. The shift times are week 1: 6.30am to 3pm and week 2: 10.30am to 7pm._**

Strong administrative and computer skills are a must, and previous experience in booking/scheduling is preferred.

You'll be able to work under pressure, and multi-task with a smile. You'll have proven computer skills, preferably with Patient Management Systems and Radiology Information Systems. Above all, you'll be flexible with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
