**About the Position and You**:
An extremely rare chance to prove yourself in a top-level Pharmacy management role at Life Pharmacy New Plymouth. Reporting to the Sales and Business Development Manager, this store management position is ideally suited to a natural leader who is visible to their team. It will complement a well organised individual who can prioritise workloads in the face of significant demands from time, people, customers and suppliers.

**This is a Permanent Full time role, rostered 45 - 50 hours per week from Monday to Sunday**

You will have a passionate understanding of the retail market and proactive leadership is essential to the success of the role. You will have:

- First class exposure transferable to our prestige brands and store.
- Disciplined business principles that deliver efficient retail services.
- Exceptional leadership that promotes cross-functional team collaboration, enabling your team to better understand and anticipate both existing and emerging customer needs.
- High motivation and the ability to work under pressure against tight time frames.
- Experience developing mutually beneficial supplier relationships for long term sustainable growth.
- Energetic and willing to learn partnership position
