Our client is looking for a confident and approachable Personal Assistant in a dynamic and forward thinking business. In this role you will support three Directors. It would suit someone that is looking to take a step up into a large business.

This is a unique setting, in a vibrant, fun and fast paced office. A varied role where you get a great mix of Executive support duties as well as assisting with special projects. You will be somebody who can anticipate needs, have an engaging nature to liaise with stakeholders, work within a team environment and have the ability to work well under pressure as well as being highly organized.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Inbox management
- Diary and travel management
- Organising events
- Compiling and preparing reports
- Assist with HR processes and inductions
- Minute taking
- Stakeholder Management

You will need:

- Previous experience working as an /Personal / Executive Assistant
- Exceptional MS Office skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Vibrant energy
