Join our dedicated and hard-working WellFood Department and help feed our tūroro (patients) and whānau.

Our Kitchen Assistant kapa | team are responsible for ensuring that the needs of our tūroro (patients) are met to the highest standard. Preparing and presenting food, carrying out general cleaning duties. Producing highest quality hot beverages, cash handling and washing dishes. You will also be responsible for maintaining and adhering to our Food Control Plan, Te Whatu Ora code of conduct and Health and Safety procedures.

- A friendly, positive attitude with the ability to maintain speed without compromising standards.
- Experience in sole charge environment and experience in cash handling and reconciliation.
- Reliable with good time management.
- Flexible approach and a - can do - attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Have previous experience in a similar environment.
