Able to lead a team of L&D specialist in delivering great outcomes for the business? Then this is a role not to be missed

A newly created position that will be entrusted to partner with the business to identify its learning needs and work with the divisional lead to co-design the right learning solution to meet demand.

You will bring with you a holistic view across L&D, develop a robust body of learning programmes that meets the needs of the business, and lead a team of specialists in the execution and delivery of said programme.

You will demonstrate not only the technical capabilities in L&D but also demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality learning programmes that factors in the user learning experience and industry best practice in delivery methodologies.
- Experience in leading a team of L&D specialists
- Business partnering experience - ability to drill down the critical needs
- Co-design the business strategic L&D plan
- A deep understanding current L&D best practices and current technologies to incorporate in delivering user-focused learning programmes
- Ability to partner with other HR leads - including OD and Recruitment
- Ability to identify and recognise gaps in the organisation and work with divisional lead to promote ongoing capability improvement
