**Te tūnga | The role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Technology Delivery Manager in Technology Services - Corporate Technology. We need to increase our capacity in this area and in this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and building a new team of system engineers to work alongside the existing delivery team. In your role as Technology Delivery Manager, you will report to the Senior Manager - Corporate Technology within the Technology Services branch.

You will be responsible for the facilitation, management, prioritisation, estimation and work allocation for a multi-disciplinary technology delivery team which deliver a range of digital services. Corporate Technology is responsible for the key corporate resources that all Stats NZ staff use e.g. MS365, Exchange Online, Azure, SharePoint, as well as a range of Cloud based services.

Requirements in your role may change with the needs of the organisation but you will be expected to play a key part in evolving the delivery processes as part of continuous improvement activity. You will need to provide agile coaching both internally and to our customers; helping to advance both our own and our customer's delivery capabilities.

You will partner with internal and external stakeholders, and partners to ensure services are delivered to customer expectations. You will ensure delivery of the work programme for the Corporate Technology service line to agreed deadlines and quality standards and with appropriate business continuity and disaster recovery protocols in place.
