We have an opportunity to join our IT Helpdesk team full time in Auckland, based in our Fanshawe street office.

If you have great communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we're keen to get you working alongside our fun and supportive team where you will be given in-house training on the job. You'll be a key part of our Technology team; working with down to earth experts and developing your own expertise is just a regular day at the T+T IT Helpdesk.

**Na tōu rourou | What you'll bring**
- Problem solving - our Helpdesk queries come in many forms; you'll need to prioritize your workload, use your initiative, and lean on various information sources including collaborating with the wider Technology team.
- Upgrades - you'll be deploying Windows on new computers and upgrading existing computers.
- Proficient in repairs and fixes - you'll be troubleshooting hardware including workstations, laptops, meeting room equipment and printers, as well as installing and supporting a wide range of software products.

- Ideally between 3-4 years+ experience in similar role.
- Experience in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and all flavours of mobile devices are highly valued.
- Flexibility - you may occasionally need to work out of core hours (either in the office or remotely).
