Working as a trusted business partner, you will proactively identify solutions that enable productivity gains and positive business outcomes, while y our passion and commitment to the end user experience will enable us to grow as one team. We will provide training on the more technical aspects of the role, and you will bring your enthusiasm and passion for helping people work efficiently and collaboratively. A few of your main responsibilities will be to: - Provide expert support for collaboration and productivity tools and user devices on an ongoing basis; - Assist with onboarding new users with their technology; - Maintain and support desktop hardware and software; - Manage and support printers; - Effectively manage technology spaces (eg Teams and Zoom rooms); and Minimising business downtime by ensuring system resilience, providing helpdesk support when needed and proactively identifying areas for improvement. **What matters to us** We value people who bring a different perspective, who are passionate, curious and innovative.
