Our eCommerce Operations team really drive performance improvement and assists our Stores Team in striving to create the best possible online services for our customers.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Our eCommerce Transport Coordinator is a member of the eCommerce practice and sits in the Logistics Chapter. As an eCommerce Transport Coordinator, you will ensure the correct order is on the correct truck for the correct run while adhering to social distancing safety measures and any immediate substitution issues that may arise on the site floor. This role is based onsite at the Grey Lynn Central eStore. Some weekend work required.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

- Making sure that the crates have the correct quantity of bags
- Making sure the complete orders are in the correct crate
- Ensure the correct crates get onto the correct truck for the correct run in the correct order
- Be the person between the store & the truck to ensure order readiness
- Help the driver or picker if or when required
- Assist with disruption issue resolution due to technical issues
- Attend WWNZ Tribe & Squad events & contribute where required
- Assist & enable process change to make processes more efficient & safer for all team members

You will possess outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively along with having strong problem solving and analytical skills.

- Strong attention to detail
- Have the ability to resolve or escalate issues that may arise.
- Able to keep calm under pressure
