**About the Opportunity**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Specialist in our busy Hamilton Branch. Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service, as well as take a front-line role in identifying opportunities to develop the part and service business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate and develop new customer accounts by increasing revenue
- Promotes, sells and secures parts orders and service scheduling from existing and prospective Customers through a relationship-based approach
- Builds and fosters a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth
- Interpreting and processing customer requests
- Contribute to the efficient and effective management of parts stock and the smooth running of the parts department.
- Maintain and enhance your knowledge and understanding of CablePrice's products and systems
You will need to be hardworking, customer focused and cool under pressure, allowing you to priorities tasks in a busy workplace. Knowledge and/or experience with commercial vehicles or heavy equipment is an advantage, and a current driver's license is necessary.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Proven organisational and planning skills
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal & written
- The ability to positively engage with and influence all parts of the business
- High level of computer literacy
- The ability to perform under pressure, to prioritise and multitask in a time driven environment
- Demonstrated problem solving, logistics and/or service experience.
