Join our dynamic Commercial Operations team, where innovation meets efficiency. As an Supervisor Commercial Operations, you'll be at the helm of our supply chain operations, driving excellence and ensuring seamless execution across all channels. With a focus on customer satisfaction and process optimization, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a meaningful impact on business success.

**Where you come in**:

- You will lead and inspire the NZ supply chain team, guiding them towards achieving operational excellence and delivering outstanding customer service.
- You are responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order execution process, from D2C to B2B channels, ensuring continuity of supply and regional planning.
- You manage the S&OP process, driving forecasting accuracy and stock replenishment strategies to meet demand efficiently.
- You design and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
- You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including commercial, customer services, and external partners, to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
- You are the go-to person for stakeholder management, project coordination, and budget planning within the supply chain domain.

- Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Nice to have: Previous experience in systems integrations and project management, along with certifications in supply chain management or related fields.
