**About the role**:

Due to career progression, two Member Engagement Lead roles are now available. As a Member Engagement Lead, you’ll be responsible for engaging with organisational members to ensure they are receiving the support needed to achieve their goals.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Drive membership engagement in the online Community Hub
- Member satisfaction and retention
- Interest group management and support
- Wellbeing, health and safety

- A can-do attitude - willingness to learn

- Customer service or social media management experience
- High energy level with a bias for action
- Microsoft office tools
