This newly created role is an exciting opportunity for you to take ownership and play a big part in delivering a key strategy within our grocery channel.

Reporting to our Category Strategy Manager, you’ll manage and implement DB’s Beer & Cider Category Strategy. Utilising a range of local and global data sources (including scan and shopper panel data), you’ll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and directly with our customers to ensure our sales and marketing plans unlock mutual sales growth opportunities for DB and our retail partners by better meeting the evolving needs of shoppers.

You’ll also work directly with our Domestic Brands portfolio team which means collaborating on well-known brands such as DB Export, Tui and Monteiths to help create and execute exciting insight-led brand plans including NPD, activations and ensuring we have the optimal pack price architecture across this portfolio.

In this role, you’ll be part of a small but highly experienced category team with a strong reputation across our grocery partners. You might already be working as a FMCG category manager or in a related key account/marketing role, and be looking for that next challengeeither way, this is an opportunity to help shape and implement insight-led plans on iconic Kiwi brands and a chance to exercise your strong commercial acumen, eye for detail, amazing communication skills, and most importantly your passionate for shoppers and category strategy.
