**What's so exciting about this role?**
We have an excellent opportunity on offer to be a part of our amazing team as a **Customer Support Representative** in our Collections team. You’ll be making outbound calls to customers and answering any inbound enquiries, supporting those that are in early arrears. You will support our customers through their difficulties, being as supportive as possible while enabling rehabilitation and retention of their business.
You’ll have the opportunity to think on your feet, connect and negotiate with customers. This isn’t your ordinary run of the mill call centre role. You’ll get the opportunity to problem solve, negotiate and work with our customers to reach the best outcome.

**The shift for this role will be Monday to Friday, 12pm - 8.30pm.**

We’re also looking for someone who brings:
- You will have experience from either retail, hospitality, fund raising or customer service
- Previous experience within collections or contact centre would be ideal
- Proactive by nature, have energy and confidence with your delivery
- Be customer centric even with challenging negotiations
- Strong verbal communication skills
- The ability to negotiate and problem solve to assist our customers with the best outcome
