Looking for your next challenge where no two days are the same? With varying responsibilities throughout the week supporting 2 GM’s, our client is looking for an PA who is ready for a step up in their career
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant or Team Administrator who can not only coordinate general PA duties and admin support with efficiency, but also assist organising key events.
Supporting great Managers, who are gregarious, dynamic, and very down to earth This role offers flexible working, fantastic benefits and offices based in Auckland's CBD
Duties include:
- Diary and Travel management
- Coordinate key events and assist with set up and follow up
- Preparing documents and presentations
- Assisting with marketing and communications
- Work on ad-hoc project-based work
- Liaising with key stakeholders and senior management
- Assisting with administration for philanthropy administration
- Organising team meetings and workshops
This is a busy role that would suit someone who is incredibly organised and used to prioritising work load for extremely busy managers. We are looking for someone who enjoys multitasking, in a vibrant, fast paced environment.
In addition to the above attributes, you will require:
- Strong PA or administration background and experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Superior communication skills - both written and verbal
- Pro-active approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
- Strong attention to detail
