We have an exciting opportunity available in our expanding Parking Enforcement Services team for an experienced Operations Supervisor. The position entails working Monday to Friday between with occasional after-hours call back. As the Operations Supervisor, you will provide frontline leadership to the team and support the Operations Manager in the Auckland region. Although based in the Auckland Office, you will also visit various sites, collaborating closely with our team to ensure their support, operational efficiency, and high standards of site presentation and safety. Additionally, you will serve as a point of escalation for parking personnel and customers, emphasizing the need for excellent communication skills and confidence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead parking enforcement operations and staff
- Serve as the initial point of contact for staff and enforcement inquiries
- Plan, manage, and recruit staff members
- Train, develop, and mentor the team
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide emergency coverage when necessary
- Work on rotating rosters for after-hours shifts, including weekends
- Maintain and troubleshoot devices and equipment
- Conduct vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure a high standard fleet
- Perform site maintenance tasks, such as cleaning graffiti and replacing/installing signs
- Handle Google Maps and PES retail maintenance

- Proven experience in team leadership
- Security industry and conflict management experience is advantageous
- Proficient with technology and capable of troubleshooting devices
- Confident communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses a clean and current NZ driving license
- Motivated, hands-on individual with excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate skills in MS Office, including Excel, Pivot tables, and Word
- Highly driven with a positive attitude
- Available for rotational after-hours calls
