A well known accounting and business advisory firm in New Plymouth, due to an internal promotion, are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team of IT whizzes. With an overall company size of 100 and an IT team of 15 people (and growing), you'll be working in a close-knit group of tech-savvy individuals who know how to have a good time (when they're not busy keeping the company's and its clients technology running smoothly).

As the newest member of our team, you'll have the important task of handling difficult conversations. But don't worry, we're not talking about your awkward high school breakup conversations. We mean handling those tricky tech support calls that require a little extra patience and problem-solving skills and providing the full end to end solution from taking the initial ticket logged through to working your magic resulting with a happy customer.

When you’re not busy with the day-to-day operations you'll have the opportunity to get involved with new and exciting projects Always looking for ways to improve our technology and streamline our processes and they want you to be a part of that.

Looking for someone with a breadth of experience, who's seen it all (or at least most of it) when it comes to IT support. You'll be responsible for managing incidents, requests, and changes across their external customer base of 145 clients with circa 1100 users - leveraging your ITIL knowledge and best practices, and if you're familiar with most of the below hardware and software then were onto a winner;
- Microsoft 365 partners
- Service workstation installations
- AWS / Azure
- ITIL framework
- iPhones / iPads
- On prem - physical infrastructure
- VMware

With a salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 per annum, plus perks such as income insurance and a very active social club - you'll be climbing the career and social ladder in no time.
