**Te āhua o Te Tūrunga - The nature of the role**
ACC have an exciting new piece of work and are ramping up resources to assist with the planning and design phase. The Salesforce Design Lead is responsible for leading the design of the Salesforce platform and product features and improvements that are integrated, strategically aligned, and focused on customer value.
This role builds close partnerships with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architects and ACCs technology partners to define solutions within stand-alone initiatives or as a constituent part of broader business change programmes. Working closely with key stakeholders at various levels of the organisation to contribute to the roadmap planning and build out ACC’s delivery standards and principles to enable improved value delivery and cadence.
Key activities will include:
- Establish strong business partnerships with senior stakeholders to understand the key priority areas and challenges to ensure delivery of design
- Proactively identify new features and improvements required to optimise and grow the use of the platform and products and lead the design and delivery of these features.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Environment and Platform Management practices and standards to support ACC change delivery and support activities (in conjunction with ACC’s architecture teams).
- Champion opportunities to embed Whāia te Tika and to promote diversity and inclusion.
**Ngā tino Pūkenga/Wheako - Skills & Experience Required**
- Significant experience in leading design initiatives for Salesforce products, working across multi-cloud solutions including sales, service, marketing, experience, analytics, and integration
- Proven experience in complex security, data and integration model implementation using standard Salesforce features
- Experience leading development teams to design, configure, build and support Salesforce solutions
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Marketing Cloud, Datorama, Omni Studio, Salesforce DX and Scratch orgs would be an advantage
- Proven experience in in Agile ways of working, including Scrum, Lean UX or Kanban, and continuous development/delivery methodologies and automated deployments
