**Sales and Account Management Role**
The world is starting to move fast and we are on the lookout for a Legend to ensure overall growth of our independent business within Flight Centre NZ. The role is a hybrid combo of sales and account management. If you are a self-starter, who thrives in a fast paced and challenging environment, and you want to work in a challenging role within a company that understands the value of their people, suppliers, and customers.
**What are we looking for?**
- 4 + years in Leadership within the Travel Industry
- Passion and Energy to promote the brand for when the world opens again
- Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to advocate and negotiate
- Drive our Multi-level relationship strategy for all independent models
- A high level of attention to detail
**What will you Do?**
- Ensure the Growth, Profitability and Communication of the Independent Models offered by FCNZ
- Strategic planning within the business from development and network growth, sales and account management through to creating a strong community for all members.
- Work alongside the GM, engaging and recruiting experienced, skilled, and knowledgeable travel experts
- Leading and Mentoring in a remote business platform making sure each broker/business owner has the tools to succeed
