As the Crew Coordinator you will be working closely with a small team of Crew Managers and the Department Manager. This role is primarily administration and communication for the Production Realm leadership team, but has a strong emphasis on supporting the day-to-day needs of our production crew on the floor. You’ll therefore play a part in helping to develop meaningful and trusting relationships with crew and support Central initiatives that drive individual and team performance.

Being able to use your initiative, be self-motivated and adapt to change will be critical to your success in this role and you will be highly organised and can juggle various priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a calm and personable demeanour.

**Your key responsibilities will include -**
- Being crew facing, you will be a regular contact on the floor for the Realm Production team (~180 crew), as such you’ll have a people-centric approach.
- Handling administration tasks within the department (including timesheets, crew leave, supporting crew feedback and the daily administrative needs of Crew Managers and Department Manager.
- Handling calendar management for the department.
- Assisting crew with in-person onboarding and maintaining onboarding processes and platforms for the Department such as the SharePoint/Twiki and facilitating initiatives with Production Trainer.
- Assisting Crew Managers in the administration of ‘Arrivals’ and ‘Departures’ process.
- Providing sickness and leave cover for the Crew Managers.
- Organising the planning & administration of show-based seating.
- Liase with Central Production for morale boosters and gifts.
- Covering meetings / note taking during meetings as required.
- Show support and leave coverage as required.
