CRM Data Steward

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
- Great opportunity to join a global pharma company - 12 months full-time contract
- Based in Upper Hutt, NZL, this role will work with a trusted global leader within Animal Health. It is also possible to be based in Palmerston North, NZL or AUS (Macquarie Park or Capalaba).

Our Animal Health Marketing team takes a customer centric perspective using customer feedback and market intelligence data. Using this data, we design, develop and deploy products, platforms, brands and marketing initiatives that ensure we can improve the health and well-being of animals everywhere.

The Customer Effectiveness Analyst role sits within the Animal Health organization and reports to Customer Effectiveness Lead ANZ.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

**User Adoption**
- Report on KPIs for Veeva usage; user creations and user training including maintaining training materials and conducting training

**Data Management**
- Maintain customer master data, sales data mapping and territory data, which is used for rebate processing; impacts reporting tools like spotfire for customer analysis.
- Maintain accurate master data and managing the territory algorithm to enable SIP
- Provide commercial support function to the Customer Effectiveness team to maximise the broad commercial (sales, marketing, key account management) operations by ensuring that the integrity of all support systems are continually maintained and developed and improved to best practice standard by:

- Conducting on-going diagnosis’ and implement improvements for all Affiliate business processes, master data and systems.
- Conducting on-going diagnosis’ of the existing technological platforms and systems within the commercial (sales and marketing) operations.

**Manage the Help Desk**
- Manage all of the enquiries that come through the inbox and respond to Veeva user enquiries. There are approximately 200 Veeva system users across Australia and New Zealand.
- Problem solving and escalating as required.

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or IT
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of VEEVA, SFDC/SFMC, Spotfire or other data visualisation tool
- Knowledge of sales data mapping
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
