Marketing Associate, Thv

Working alongside with Country Manager, Portfolio Analyst and Therapy Development Specialist to:

- Manage Direct to Patient (DTP) information kit delivery
- Event and conference co-ordination
- Organizing Social, Digital, TV, Radio, and print schedules
- Ensuring compliance with local advertising standards
- Collation and creation of presentations
- Processing all marketing material via Compliance (Edwards)
- Raising invoices and vendor management
- Calendar and expense management for Country Manager
- Co-ordination of travel and accommodation for events
- Managing consultancy agreements with clinicians
- Managing marketing collateral inventory
- OPEX and Sales reporting

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conference:

- Management of all internal and external conferences and events
- Collation of event requests from Sales and Marketing Team
- Event budget creation, submission, approval, and reconciliation process
- Managing all communication with event company
- Facilitation with clinicians being used as speakers
- Marketing:

- Scheduling and posting Facebook material, managing responses posts
- Communication and co-ordination with BrandWorld for TV advertising
- Reporting on metrics from all marketing platforms
- Monthly report generation for NZ, ANZ and JAPAC
- Working with ANZ marketing team to align marketing messages
- Sending information kits to patients
- Organizing patient events (with Therapy Development Specialist
- Innovative ideas for marketing messages and mediums to use
- Close working relationship with Brave Media to generate campaign ideas
- Working with Marketing and Sales to ensure correct levels of marketing collateral
- Maintaining marketing and activity schedule including OPEX
- Administrative
- Calendar management for Country Manager
- Expense management for Country Manager
- Processing invoices
- Managing consultancy agreements with Compliance, Legal and Sales Team
- TAPS and Regulatory submissions/ approval for marketing materials
- Carry out all duties in a safety conscience manner. Demonstrate the factors that make up the Edwards Lifesciences Credo. Carry out any other lawful duty / task asked of you within the company guidelines.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Preferably in marketing or business with minor in marketing, 2 years experience Marketing, Brands experience or similar work experience Required
- Other: Experience managing Social media required
- Cardiology and/or Medical device business knowledge preferred

**Additional Skills**:

- Solid organizational skills.
- Experience with Digital and Social Media platform, heavy business focus in this area.
- Proven ability to influence other in a positive manner.

- Ensure that all activities comply with government regulations/Acts, legal demands, MTAA COP, and safety and ethical standards incidental duties.
- Australian / New Zealand Citizenship or legal eligibility to work in Australia and /or New Zealand.
- Ability to attend conference and meetings that may be scheduled out of usual business hours.
- May need to provide product In-service support to customer after usual business hours
- Must hold a current driver’s license.
- Must be prepared to travel interstate (customer and field force calls, conferences) and internationally (product training and Edwards networking).
- Must be prepared to work reasonable hours outside of normal working hours as and when the need arises to meet local and global requirements e.g. timeline differences.
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
